By placing a booking, guests agree to the following Terms and Conditions so please read carefully and get in touch if you have any queries.

The maximum number of guests staying at Craigton Croft House must not exceed 6.  All guests must agree to respect the peace and privacy of our neighbour at all times. Parking Available for 2 Cars maximum. The parking area is shared by the neighbouring house so please park respectfully at all times.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday with arrivals from 4pm and departures by 10am.  Please ensure the cottage is left clean and tidy.

1 well behaved dog is permitted by prior arrangement. Dogs must not be left unattended in the cottage or allowed on to furniture.

Bookings

A 30% deposit is required to secure a booking.  The balance is to be paid 6 weeks before the holiday commences.  If the booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to the start date then full payment will be required.

Cancellations

For cancellations made more than 6 weeks prior to the holiday start date, the rental deposit will be refunded.  For cancellations made less than 6 weeks prior to the start date, rentals are non-refundable.  Adequate holiday insurance is advised.

Liability

Adequate travel insurance is advised as the owners of Craigton cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal possessions or personal injury suffered by any guest.

Please take care when crossing the Railway line, guests do this at their own risk.
